Every product on site, verified and recorded.
From the paint on the walls to the linen on the bed, every item fitted to a Guardian Eco Group destination passes the Guardian Wellness protocol — and is recorded with a tamper-evident timestamp in the project's Wellness Ledger.

Submission
Suppliers submit full material data sheets, ingredient declarations and provenance for every product proposed for site — finishes, paints, sealers, textiles, bedding, joinery, water systems, cleaning agents, F&B.

Wellness Screening
Each product is screened against the Guardian Wellness panel: VOC and SVOC profile, endocrine-disruptor flags, heavy metals, formaldehyde, microplastic shedding, off-gassing curve and indoor-air-quality impact.

Independent Verification
Third-party laboratory results and supplier certifications are reviewed by Guardian Wellness. Substitutes are requested where any panel threshold is exceeded.

Timestamped Record
Approved products are recorded in the project's Wellness Ledger with a cryptographic timestamp, batch reference, install date and responsible installer — creating a permanent, auditable on-site provenance trail.

Re-Verification
Material lots are spot-tested at install and periodically thereafter. Any change in supplier formulation triggers a fresh review before the product can re-enter site.
Wellness Ledger — scope
What gets tested and timestamped.
The Wellness Ledger covers every item that touches air, skin, water or palate on a Guardian Eco Group site. Categories include — but are not limited to:
- Architectural paints, stains, sealers and adhesives
- Timber, joinery and engineered wood products
- Soft furnishings, bedding, mattresses and textiles
- Cleaning, laundry and amenity products
- Water filtration, treatment and air-handling systems
- F&B ingredients, supplements and wellness consumables
Each entry records product, batch, supplier, lab result reference, install date, installer and a cryptographic timestamp. Guests, operators and partners can request scope summaries for any destination.
